Returns
We do not accept returns.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery for store credit only. The 7-day window begins on the first day of confirmed delivery. To initiate an exchange, email hello@sucrecouture.com with your full name and order number. Requests submitted more than 7 days after the date of the request will not be honored.
Unless an error is made on behalf of the brand, patrons are responsible for return shipping label costs. The customer is responsible for ensuring the item is returned in its original condition.
Order Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet shipped. Email hello@sucrecouture.com immediately with your full name and order number. Once a shipping label has been generated, the order cannot be cancelled.
Final Sale
All purchases are final sale, except for exchanges as described above.
Shipping — Domestic
We strive to process and ship orders within 48 hours of receipt. Please allow up to 7–10 business days for fulfillment. Orders may ship in multiple parts.
We offer USPS First Class with Signature and USPS Priority with Signature. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $95. A signature is required upon delivery. If you are not present, USPS will make additional delivery attempts.
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an incorrect address causes a return to sender, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.
If a missed delivery is returned to us, we will hold the package for up to one week. If no contact is made within that window, the order total minus shipping will be issued as store credit.
Shipping — International
International orders ship via DHL Express. Please allow up to 21 days for delivery. Tracking may be limited once a package reaches its destination country. For questions about an international order, use the tracking number provided to check with your local courier.
