RETURNS
We accept returns within seven days of receipt for store credit only — starting from the first day products were delivered. Email return inquiries to hello@sucrecouture.com. Inquiries submitted later will not be honored.
The customer is responsible for shipping fees.
We honor returns resulting from defective, damaged items, or an allergic reaction within five days of receipt — starting from the first day products were delivered. Include a photo and description of the product/issue in an email to hello@sucrecouture.com. We do not honor inquiries submitted later than five days.
The store assumes responsibility for shipping fees.

EXCHANGES

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Need to cancel an order? Submit a cancellation request within 24 hours of purchase and before orders have shipped to hello@sucrecouture.com.
FINAL SALES
Purchases made using non-welcome offer discounts or store credits are considered final sale.
Sales or promotion purchases are all considered final sale.
SHIPPING
Although we strive to process orders within 48-hours of receipt, orders may take to up to 7-10 business days to ship.
Due to an influx of orders, please allow up to 14 days for shipping and successful delivery.
Orders may fulfill and ship in multiple parts.
Times can be extended on short notice. We apologize for the inconvenience.
We offer two shipping methods: Complimentary, Priority, and International First Class Airmail. Signature confirmation can be added to Priority Shipping orders only.
If not present at the time of delivery, the United States Postal Service will leave the package at your door or inside the assigned mailbox. We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong location. Please double-check addresses before purchase.
If provided, an incorrect address and the package is returned to sender; a new shipping cost will be incurred on behalf of the customer.
If missed package deliveries are sent back to our office, your order will be held for up to one week for resend. If communication has not been made, your order total (minus shipping) will be processed as a store credit only for future use.
International orders take up to 21 days for shipping and delivery. Times can be extended on short notice. Please note, we are unable to track packages once they reach overseas. If you have questions regarding an order that has arrived in your country, please use the provided tracking number to research your local courier.
