Returns

We accept returns within seven days of receipt for store credit only — starting from the first day products were delivered. Email return inquiries to hello@sucrecouture.com. Inquiries submitted later will not be honored.
 
The customer is responsible for shipping fees. 
 
We honor returns resulting from defective, damaged items, or an allergic reaction within five days of receipt — starting from the first day products were delivered. Include a photo and description of the product/issue in an email to hello@sucrecouture.com. We do not honor inquiries submitted later than five days.
 
The store assumes responsibility for shipping fees. 

Please include your full name and order number in the email.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within seven days of receipt for store credit — starting from the first day products were delivered. Email exchange inquiries to inquire@sucrecouture.com. Inquiries submitted later will not be honored.

Order Cancellations

Need to cancel an order? Submit a cancellation request within 24 hours of purchase and before orders have shipped to hello@sucrecouture.com. 

Final Sales

Purchases made using non-welcome offer discounts or store credits are considered final sale.
 
Sales or promotion purchases are all considered final sale.

Shipping & Delivery Times

Although we strive to process orders within 48-hours of receipt, orders may take to up to 7-10 business days to ship.

Orders may fulfill and ship in multiple parts.

We offer two shipping methods: Free, USPS Priority, and International. Signature confirmation is required for all deliveries.
 
If provided, an incorrect address and the package is returned to sender; a new shipping cost will be incurred on behalf of the customer.
 
International orders via take up to 7 days for shipping and delivery. Times can be extended on short notice. Please note, we are unable to track packages once they reach overseas. If you have questions regarding an order that has arrived in your country, please use the provided tracking number to contact the courier directly.

We cannot offer refunds for delayed shipping caused by the USPS, DHL, or any other courier.
