We do not accept returns.
We accept exchanges within seven days of receipt for store credit — starting from the first day products are delivered. Email exchange inquiries to firstname.lastname@example.org. Inquiries submitted later will not be honored.
The customer is responsible for shipping fees, payable through our $10 exchange fee on the Sucré Couture website.
Please include your full name and order number in the email in the exchange order notes.
Need to cancel an order? Submit a cancellation request within 24 hours of purchase before orders have shipped to email@example.com.
All sales are final, with the exception of the exchange policy above.
Although we strive to process orders within 48 hours of receipt, orders may take 7-10 business days to ship. Orders may be fulfilled and shipped in multiple parts.
Times can be extended on short notice. We apologize for the inconvenience.
We offer two shipping methods: First Class USPS with Signature, Priority USPS with Signature, and Express International via DHL.
If not present at the time of delivery, the United States Postal Service will attempt to obtain your signature. We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong location. Please double-check addresses before purchasing.
If provided an incorrect address and the package is returned to the sender, a new shipping cost will be incurred on behalf of the customer.
If missed package deliveries are sent back to our office, your order will be held for up to one week for resend. If communication has not been made, your order total (minus shipping) will be processed as a store credit only for future use.
International orders take up to 21 days for shipping and delivery. Times can be extended on short notice. Please note we are unable to track packages once they reach overseas. If you have questions regarding an order that has arrived in your country, please use the provided tracking number to research your local courier.
