Q: What shipping options do you offer?
A: Sucre Couture offers "Gold Sugar" and "Platinum Sugar" delivery services. "Gold Sugar" features delivery within 2-3 business days, signature confirmation, tracking, and standard packaging. "Platinum Sugar" features delivery within 1 business day, signature confirmation, tracking, a choice between rock candy candy or a giant swirl lollipop, and more (ideal for birthday and holiday gifts)!
Q: Can I cancel or add to an order?
A: Once an order is received, it is prepared for packaging within five hours. To cancel please be sure to contact us immediately. Once prepared with a shipping label, an order cannot be cancelled. Adding to an order cannot be done. Instead, we will be more than happy to create an additional order with no shipping charges.
Q: How do I track my package after is has been shipped?
A: A United States Postal Service tracking number will be sent to your email address. You can track an order there.
Q: What is your store return policy?
A: All sales are final. This policy includes and is not limited to repairs. Jewelry is sold with protective bags. Please use for the longevity of items. If items are damaged during shipping, Sucre Couture will grant a replacement or exchange at no cost. Any other determinations are made at will of the company. Sucre Couture possesses the right to deny service under circumstance which would not infringe upon a patron's civil rights.
Q: Can I purchase a Sucre Couture gift card/certificate?
A: Yes! Purchases can be made in the amounts of $5, $10, $15, $25, $50, and $100. All gift cards are digital and will be sent to a provided email address.
Q: What forms of payment are accepted?
A: All major credit cards (AMEX, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Diners Club) and Pay Pal account balances are accepted as payment method. If hosting a Sucre Couture event, guests are allowed to pay with cash.
