All sales are final, unless received defective or damaged. Jewelry must be returned to the store using a prepaid shipping label.



In the event items are defective or damaged, items can be exchanged for the same product. If that item is no longer available, defective or damaged items can be exchanged for another item of the same price or higher using a store credit. 

To process a return / exchange, send an email to Please, include your full name, order number, photo, and description of the defective / damaged product.


We offer one shipping method:  Basic USPS Priority Shipping and Enhanced USPS Priority Shipping.

Basic Priority Shipping does not include "Signature Confirmation".  If not present at time of delivery, the United States Postal Service will leave the package at your door or inside of the mailbox.  We are not responsible for your package being delivered to the wrong location.  We advise using the latter.

Enhanced Priority Shipping includes "Signature Confirmation" to ensure that your package has been safely delivered to the correct person.  If no one is available, your package will be available at your neighborhood United States Postal Service.  This is the best option for the safety of your package.
